Owned and operated by Mary Kay Allen, we are a Missouri Title Insurance and Real Estate Settlement Company founded in 1994. In 2000, we purchased the title plant located in Lewis County, Missouri, from the Veatch Family, owners of Lewis County Abstract Company.  In 2010 we further expanded, by purchasing the title plant located in Clark County, Missouri, which was formerly owned by June Hardy and Jeri Braxton.  These expansions enable us to provide our clients with the highest quality title services available, with records dating back to the original patents issued in the late 1800s.
